Howdy Alex, I will have the same problem with the screws and judging by some of the comments, other folks will need to have the same issue whether they appreciate it or not. I was very careful but somehow have stripped the plastic material threads. I'll test out superglue to try to create a fresh screwthread that will hold the screws properly and allow the whole clear plastic little bit to clamp firmly to the steel shaft.
