hi bmwkings, ive reviewed it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog for the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it will need to have dropped out when my choper strike the ground. maybe another person can check and reveal if cog is required on both sides.
