Run a search on a hashtag, try to figure out positive and negative tweets for it. Examples:

Automate detection of pattern language for the people behind trolling sock puppets. When new accounts are created and start tweeting with the same language patterns, automate the creation tickets so a person can check things like surrounding tweets and profile (are they joking?), then automate trolling.
