Visualizing solidarity

Rather than dog piles going poorly, a re-route of attention might occur which allows people to see just how big (or small) the perceived issue is. By having quick-spin-up surveys and spaces for people to indicate projects and people addressing the challenge, we instead focus engr. on shifting historical injustices, rather than on tearing down an individual who happens to represent that injustice.
