hi bmwkings, ive reviewed it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog for the tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it will need to have fallen out when my choper hit the bottom. maybe someone else can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both edges.
